This organization shall be open to all individuals or institution willing to support  to human right movement of Nepal, especially contributing  against the caste -based discrimination, interest to work  within the framework of  by-laws of Global forum they can get membership. Global forum   organize the diaspora   community people who are from Nepal and interested to contribution anti caste – based discrimination movement. Interested persons and organization can submit membership application with membership fee ($20 out of Nepal RS. 1000 in Nepal) to Executive board with recommendation of any current member of Global forum, Global Forum Executive board will provide membership.

1. Type of Members

Founder member – Refers to the members who are involved in the initial period of its registration.

Institutional member – Organizations which working in any countries on the issues of marginalized community, they can apply for Ins. Membership.

• General member -Who accepts the policies, guideline of the Global Forum can get the general membership.
• Life member- H/she who has more contribution to the right based movement or s/he provides financial contribution as indicated by the rules. Executive Board shall have rights to provide the life membership based on qualification of applicants. It will be open to all people for the application of life membership in this forum.
• Honorary member- Executive board can provide the honorary member to the honor person who contributed human right movement.

2. Eligibility for the general membership:

•  Interested person or institution that have experience on right based movement and want to follow the policies of forum h/she will be eligible for the membership of Forum.
• Executive board provides the membership to qualified people.
• The qualification and criteria for the membership will be developed by Executive Board and approved by council meeting

3. General member and institutional member of Global forum will be 3 years term. The membership will be renewing each 3 years. 
4. Resignation and Termination of Membership:

Any member may resign by giving notice in writing to the President of Global Forum. Global forum Executive board will approve or refuse his /her application of resignation.  Any officer may be relieved of his/her duties if there is a substantive evidence that such person is acting against the aim and objective of the Global Forum or not fulfilling his/her duties.  A no-confidence motion has to be passed by the executive committee for the removal of the membership.
